How Krovance LLC collects, uses, and protects your information, including data accessed through Google services.
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Overview
Krovance LLC ("Krovance," "we," "us," or "our") builds AI receptionists, AI schedulers, and automation systems for local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from customers and their businesses, how we use it, how we handle Google account and Google Calendar data specifically, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you create a Krovance account or use our services, we may collect:
- Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, and password or authentication credentials.
- Business information: details you provide about your business, workflows, and the tasks you want automated.
- Contact and support information: messages you send us through our contact form or support channels.
- Usage information: how you interact with Krovance's dashboard, AI agents, and integrations, including logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
- Customer interaction data: call, chat, or scheduling data generated when your customers interact with your Krovance AI receptionist or scheduler, which you control as the business account holder.
Google OAuth and Google Calendar Access
Krovance offers optional scheduling features that connect to Google Calendar using Google OAuth. When you choose to connect a Google account, Google will ask you to grant Krovance permission to access certain calendar data. We only request the scopes necessary to provide the scheduling functionality you enable.
Depending on the features you turn on, Krovance's use of Google Calendar access may include:
- Reading calendar availability and existing events to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Creating new calendar events when an appointment is booked through your AI receptionist or scheduler.
- Updating existing events when an appointment is rescheduled.
- Deleting events when an appointment is canceled.
Google Calendar access is used only to provide the scheduling features you, as the account holder, have requested. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles unrelated to providing your requested scheduling functionality.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Krovance's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Authentication Tokens
When you connect a Google account, Google issues Krovance an authentication token (and, where applicable, a refresh token) instead of your Google password. These tokens are encrypted at rest, stored on secure infrastructure, and used only to make the authorized calendar API calls described above on your behalf. Tokens are never shared with third parties outside the service providers described below, and you can revoke Krovance's access at any time through your Google Account permissions or by disconnecting the integration in your Krovance dashboard.
Service Providers and Infrastructure
We rely on trusted third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate Krovance, including cloud hosting, database, communications, and form-processing providers. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver Krovance's services to you and are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information. We do not sell access to your data to these providers beyond what is required to operate the service.
Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data such as OAuth tokens. We retain account and calendar integration data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we delete or anonymize it once it is no longer needed or upon a valid deletion request, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations.
Your Rights and Deletion Requests
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information and account data, and you may disconnect any connected Google account at any time. To exercise these rights or request deletion of your data, contact us using the information below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time frame consistent with applicable law.
No Sale of Personal Data
Krovance does not sell your personal data or your customers' personal data to third parties.
Children's Privacy
Krovance's services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
